Responsibilities

• Engage in regular communication with patients to assess their comfort and needs.
• Assist patients during meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Help patients with mobility and transferring to reduce fall risks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities.
• Assist with housekeeping duties related to patient care areas.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with documenting and managing patient information digitally.
• Knowledge of nutrition and meal planning: Ability to assist in dietary planning for patients.
