User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are looking for a User Experience Researcher with a passion for understanding user behaviour and translating insights into actionable design improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct user testing and create wireframes and user journey maps.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize research findings and develop actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Lead workshops and discussions to share user insights with relevant teams.
• Monitor competitor products and industry trends to inform UX strategy.
• Continuously seek feedback from users and design teams to enhance processes.
• Assist in creating design specifications for new features based on user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user experience or product design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
• Survey Design

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment to iterate on designs quickly.
• Familiarity with User Interface Design: Basic skills in UI design to collaborate more effectively with designers.
