Job Description

As the Hospitality Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, leading a dedicated team to provide excellent service. You should possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in hotel management, and a passion for guest satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations and ensure all standards are met.
  • Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Address guest feedback and implement corrective measures.
  • Analyze financial data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote the hotel's services and create awareness in the community.
  • Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procure necessary supplies.
  • Enhance guest relations through community engagement.
  • Develop and encourage guest loyalty programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

Education
  • Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality
