Product Designer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Product Designer in Cape Town. Your role will include designing user-friendly interfaces and improving the overall user experience of our products. This position requires a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes from brainstorming to final implementation.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and provide a cohesive user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their design work.
• Analyze user behavior metrics and feedback to continuously improve design effectiveness.
• Collaborate on project management tools to track progress and deadlines.
• Create design specifications for development teams and assist in design QA.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to uplifting the team's overall design quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in creating digital products and interfaces

Languages
