Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project goals are met. You will play a key role in liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to develop project milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify project dependencies and critical paths.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize project kick-off meetings to engage stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
