Warehouse Manager

Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager based in Port Elizabeth, you will be managing the entire warehouse process from receiving goods to distribution. We need someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence. A strong understanding of inventory systems and personnel management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse staff.
• Ensure optimal inventory turnover and stock accuracy.
• Prepare for and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Analyze operational data and produce reports for management.
• Drive quality controls and customer satisfaction through effective operations.
• Manage the budget allocated for warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and inventory tracking.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to support business needs.
• Participate in planning logistics and operations projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of progressive warehouse management experience
