We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Architect to contribute to exciting projects in Cape Town. You'll leverage your innovative thinking and expertise in both residential and commercial designs. Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from conceptualization to presentation.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders and provide design opinions.
• Draft proposals that incorporate client feedback.
• Conduct site visits before and after project completion.
• Encourage collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Further qualifications in Sustainable Design are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in both residential and commercial projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Architectural Technologist Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D Rendering Software: Experience in creating high-quality visualizations.
• Advanced Construction Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building materials and techniques.
