Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects.
• Evaluate and analyze project proposals for feasibility.
• Ensure that construction complies with engineering standards and local regulations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Implement best practices for project cost control.
• Conduct material testing and inspections.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in engineering principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration
• Construction Project Management certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
