Responsibilities

• Assist in developing pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapy as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PharmD is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (RP)
• Certificate in Geriatric Pharmacy is an asset
