As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will assist clients in navigating their pension plans and retirement savings. Your expertise will help them make informed decisions about investments, retirement income options, and stay compliant with pension regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and provide tailored pension planning advice.
• Recommend appropriate investment strategies and vehicles for clients.
• Continuously monitor clients' investment portfolios and provide proactive advice.
• Develop a robust referral network through community engagement.
• Stay abreast of legislation affecting pension planning and investment opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance and client satisfaction.
• Create presentations and educational materials to support client understanding of complex topics.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in finance or related field

Experience

• Proven experience in sales and client management

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• CRM Software Experience

Certifications

• Registered Financial Planner (RFP) advantageous
