Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage animal medical cases, internal medicine, and surgery.
• Engage with clients to build trust and rapport.
• Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately.
• Participate in veterinary rounds and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior veterinary staff and interns.
• Assist with department objectives and goals.
• Perform preventative and rehabilitative care as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Health or Veterinary Technology
• Specialist qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a veterinary practice
