Responsibilities

• Ensure precise dispensing of medications and oversee medication storage.
• Consult with patients and families regarding medication questions and concerns.
• Keep accurate patient records and profiles.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operational costs and budget.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health services.
• Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide consultation.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and manage pharmacy ordering.
• Engage in patient education and disease prevention activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
