Asset Safety Manager

Job Description

The Asset Safety Manager is responsible for safeguarding company assets through effective policies and procedures to mitigate theft and loss. This role includes risk assessment, managing security personnel, and liaising with authorities to uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset protection strategies and programs
• Ensure compliance with local and national security regulations and laws
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to reduce risks
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and other security breaches
• Conduct training sessions for staff on asset safety
• Design and oversee the installation of security systems
• Monitor key security metrics to assess performance
• Report findings and assist in decision-making processes regarding asset security
• Liaise with external agencies for coordinated security efforts

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Security or Risk Management certification is a plus

Experience

• Experience in asset management and risk assessment is advantageous

Languages
