• Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline inventory management.
• Develop and track KPIs for operational success.
• Provide expert input on new product designs to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead workshops for cross-departmental process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between engineering and production teams.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced certifications in process improvements are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering
