Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the oral health of patients.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures.
• Manage dental emergencies with appropriate protocols.
• Advise patients on dietary and lifestyle changes for better oral health.
• Review treatment plans regularly and adjust as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior dental staff.
• Commit to providing the highest quality of dental care and service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry
• Master’s degree in a dentistry-related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Endodontics
• Cosmetic Dentistry

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• BLS & ACLS certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with dental software: Experience using dental practice management software is a plus.
• Previous management experience: Experience managing a dental team is a bonus.
