Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Retail Store Manager to oversee our Port Elizabeth branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring our store meets its targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of in-store team members.
• Ensure the store meets compliance standards and follows company policies.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement changes based on insights.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store.
• Foster a positive working environment to enhance team performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Report sales and inventory metrics to upper management on a regular basis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
• Additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management role
