We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer who is adept at managing complex projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to the project planning and execution, and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of civil structures.
• Coordinate with various departments to adapt project designs.
• Ensure quality control standards are met during execution.
• Conduct risk assessments related to construction operations.
• Prepare and present project findings to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior staff and engineering interns.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Additional certifications in specialized civil engineering areas are favorable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

• Civil 3D
