UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive user experiences and visually appealing interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and effective user interfaces for ongoing projects.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for design tasks.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure functionality.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to optimize the user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and tools.
• Engage in design critiques with the team to foster creative growth.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Support the marketing team with design assets for campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience

Languages
