• Perform data analysis and use statistical methods to improve production quality.
• Lead engineering projects that support manufacturing objectives.
• Develop and implement production schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Contribute to the development of new products and production techniques.
• Engage in sustainable practices and promote lean manufacturing principles.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering role with a focus on continuous improvement
