Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Durban, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring that sales targets and customer satisfaction are consistently met. Your leadership will drive the team's performance and foster a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish performance metrics for staff and store performance.
  • Directly involve yourself in sales on the floor to enhance customer interaction.
  • Safeguard company assets by implementing effective operational procedures.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate updates and challenges.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer preferences and improve service.
  • Assist in the development of local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
