Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in service delivery and recommend actionable strategies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and recommend enhancements.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff in the healthcare strategy team.
• Drive initiatives that promote patient-centred care across all facilities.
• Work closely with finance to assess the budgetary implications of strategic plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Management is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy or administration
