Responsibilities

• Develop structural models and simulations to evaluate performance.
• Oversee field testing and analysis of structural elements.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams and clients.
• Review and approve design modifications and adjustments.
• Participate in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies into structural design.
• Deliver high-standard project outcomes within stipulated timelines.
• Continually update knowledge of advancements in structural engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Honours in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• SAP2000

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
