Job Description

As a Mixologist at Mixology Haven, you'll craft and serve unique cocktails that delight our guests. Your passion for mixology and creativity will shine as you develop innovative drink recipes and maintain a vibrant bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative cocktail menus that highlight seasonal ingredients.
• Train and mentor junior staff on mixology techniques and best practices.
• Conduct inventory management to ensure an adequate stock of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop drink pairings with food menu items.
• Engage in promotional events to showcase new cocktail creations.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events at the bar.
• Implement health and safety standards in the bar area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for quality ingredients.
• Contribute towards a collaborative and energetic environment with team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal mixology certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
