Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and manage correspondence.
  • Organize administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Support team projects through effective coordination.
  • Create and maintain database records for client information.
  • Assist in invoicing and basic bookkeeping activities.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles
