Quality Engineer

Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing testing strategies that ensure our products meet the highest standards. Collaborating with various teams, you'll identify issues early in the development process and help implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases for new products.
• Analyze testing results and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout project lifecycles.
• Research and implement testing automation tools as necessary.
• Assess application performance and create metrics to gauge performance improvements.
• Provide training and support to junior QA team members.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Quality Assurance or related field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years in software quality assurance or similar role.

• Test Automation Tools

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
