Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to new prospects and nurture existing leads.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work cross-departmentally to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to sharpen sales techniques.
  • Develop proposals and sales contracts for clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Assist in planning promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage in after-sales follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or Sales Management is a plus
