You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities

• Support users by resolving IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates for systems.
• Help train users on software usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT staff on projects and system upgrades.
• Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles

• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
• ITIL Foundations

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA Network+

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with scripting languages: Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
