• Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategy decisions.
• Coordinate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing campaigns.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation and targeting.
• Utilize CRM tools to nurture leads and track customer interactions.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide training and support for junior team members.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics
