Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have experience in operating specialized machinery, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and operation of various metalworking machines.
• Check work for accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
• Perform machine troubleshooting and attend to any mechanical issues.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve production processes.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and encourage others to do the same.
• Document production data and report daily outputs to supervisors.
• Participate in skills development and safety training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in a related field

Experience

• Previous experience with metalworking machinery preferred.

Technical Skills

• Rivet machine operation
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with quality control procedures: Knowledge of best practices in quality assurance within manufacturing.
• Experience with health and safety regulations: Understanding of workplace safety protocols as applies to machinery operation.
