Job Description

We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities in the plant to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
