Responsibilities

• Engage in the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets.
• Perform site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Review safety protocols and ensure adherence on-site.
• Assist with the training and mentoring of junior technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and project reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Utilize CAD software for design and drafting tasks.
• Support environmental assessments and sustainability initiatives.
• Document all engineering activities and changes during project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and construction staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in civil engineering roles.
