The Bran Mixer will be responsible for mixing bran and other ingredients to produce various types of baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and the ability to operate mixing machines safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Prepare batches of ingredients for mixing.
Conduct routine inspections on machines to prevent breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Coordinate with quality assurance personnel for product standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Education

2-3 years of relevant experience in food production
