In this role as a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to design and implement test plans, execute tests, and report any defects. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to our product quality and overall user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed testing of new and modified software.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead QA efforts.
• Identify areas for process improvement within QA practices.
• Participate in training new QA team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve testing methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of API Testing: Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing.
