• Evaluate patient response to treatments and medications.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
• Deliver patient education focused on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
• Handle administrative responsibilities related to patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing

Experience

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus

Technical Skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Infection Control Practices

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time Management

Certifications

• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Pediatric Nursing Experience: Experience working with children in a clinical setting.
