Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on various matters, including compliance, contracts, and corporate governance.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Review and draft legal documents, such as agreements, memos, and briefings.
• Stay updated on legal developments and ensure the firm's policies reflect these changes.
• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance for staff as needed.
