Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough training assessments and produce comprehensive reports.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to employees to enhance their skills.
• Stay informed on the latest training methods and tools.
• Develop comprehensive evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Engage with employees to foster a supportive learning culture.
• Iterate training programs based on analytics and employee feedback.
• Deliver specialized training for compliance and industry standards.
• Maintain records of training sessions, participants, and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant certifications in training or coaching are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design
