Responsibilities

• Assist staff in troubleshooting technical issues related to e-learning platforms.
• Evaluate and enhance existing e-learning courses based on feedback and data.
• Advocate for effective use of e-learning technologies to improve teaching and learning.
• Enhance faculty and student experience through ongoing support and training.
• Document and share successful e-learning strategies and best practices across the organization.
