As a pharmacist at Pharmacy Solutions Ltd., you will play a vital role in providing medication management and patient care. Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and verify doctor instructions for accuracy.
• Advise patients about the medications prescribed, including any potential risks.
• Assist in developing personalized medication management plans.
• Review patient medication records for potential drug interactions.
• Participate in health fairs and provide educational materials to the public.
• Oversee pharmacy quality control processes.

• Conduct research on medication efficacy and safety as required.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pharmacists and support staff.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss pharmacy operations and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy
