Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate and manage the construction teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction team and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Advanced certification in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of construction management experience

Certifications

• PMP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
