Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Cape Town. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects stay on budget. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor project costs and implement budget controls.

• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
