Looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to oversee our IT systems in Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IT systems including servers and network infrastructure.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and infrastructure.
• Support and train end-users on IT applications and services.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure proper functionality.
• Work with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Create and maintain back-up systems to protect data integrity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise.
• Develop, review, and refine IT policies, procedures, and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
