Responsibilities
Manage all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
Design and implement training programs to upskill staff and improve service delivery.
Conduct regular market analysis to adapt strategies and enhance competitiveness.
Monitor online reviews and reputation management across platforms.
Coordinate with the sales team to drive group bookings and events.
Oversee inventory management and procurement processes for hotel supplies.
Lead budget planning and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for property growth.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Master's degree preferred
