Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process engineering and a knack for improving operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of production activities and staff management.
• Create and implement efficient production processes to minimize costs.
• Review and maintain production records to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Work closely with the engineering team to design efficient production workflows.
• Monitor and report on production performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Operations Management or similar is an advantage

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in industrial production management

Certifications

• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
