Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to implement effective rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' needs through clinical assessments.
• Create and adjust treatment strategies based on patient feedback and progress.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to promote recovery.
• Engage with community resources to support patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment processes and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Experience in mental health settings is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in clinical settings
