Job Description

Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator and take charge of coordinating logistics and supply chain activities. You will be responsible for optimizing shipment processes and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage rate negotiations with freight carriers and service providers.
• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies and logistics challenges.
• Conduct regular evaluations of logistics processes and systems.
• Train and supervise logistics staff to ensure effective performance.
• Utilize software systems for tracking and managing logistics operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant logistics experience preferred
