Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring clinical trials. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between research and patient care, contributing to groundbreaking medical advancements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute clinical research trials in alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure all trial operations are documented accurately and timely.
• Analyze study data and assist in manuscript preparation for publication.
• Create patient recruitment strategies to meet study enrollment goals.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of participant information and data.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines.
• Lead regular meetings with clinical teams to assess progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Facilitate training for new staff on clinical trial procedures and responsibilities.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to streamline clinical trial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a scientific discipline
• Master's degree in Public Health or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research management
