Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and addressing any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for IT-related issues via phone and email.
  • Conduct problem-solving and diagnostics of IT systems.
  • Work with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Assist in preparing IT reports and documentation.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with users and staff to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
