Responsibilities

• Document daily care activities and any notable changes in client condition.
• Facilitate safe transportation for clients to appointments or outings.
• Ensure the living environment is safe and tidy for clients.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Home Health Aide or related field preferred

Experience

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, caregiver, or similar role is advantageous.
