• Attend training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory and report product shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Aesthetics or Cosmetology
• Additional certifications in skincare treatments

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as an Aesthetician

Technical Skills

• Skin Analysis
• Microdermabrasion

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Customer Service

Advantageous

• Experience with laser treatments: Familiarity with laser technology for hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
• Sales experience in beauty products: Ability to upsell products effectively based on customer needs.
