Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conception through to production.
• Investigate and troubleshoot design issues in a timely manner.
• Apply engineering principles to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies and products.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior engineers.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed about industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace projects

Technical Skills

• Aerodynamics

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
